Heaven & Mike will always have a very special place in my heart. When I first decided to expand my services to Utah, I was reaching out to hundreds of brides. Heaven & Mike took the time to hear me out and trust that a photographer all the way from Maui will travel over a thousand miles to capture their small, intimate wedding.

When I showed up on their wedding day, Heaven was getting her hair and makeup done by Utah hair and makeup artist Bria. Bria is part of BA Makeup company.

Heaven’s dress was from The Perfect Dress Bridal located in Holladay. She had a beautiful modest lace dress.

Heaven & Mike had their wedding at a cute airbnb in Orem, Utah. They were able to transform the backyard into a ceremony spot, then do a quick change to a reception area. They spent the days leading up to their big day preparing centerpieces and decor items. The day before and even the day of, they spent time to hang lights, build a dance floor, and prepare the area so it was wedding ready!

Heaven & Mike both work in the medical field and met while working at a hospital. They started off as friends until Mike got the courage to ask Heaven out. They’ve been together ever since then! During my time with Heaven & Mike there were a few things that I noticed between them that always made me smile: Mike always took the time to compliment Heaven and tell her how beautiful she is. The way that they look at each other would make every person believe that love is real.
